We receive material from a customer in production containers, which we then pack in cardboard boxes according to the customer's specifications so that they can be sent to the end customer. Our logistics employees record the outgoing containers, quantities and batches using a scanner application to ensure 100% traceability.

1. Outsourcing of the material for repackaging:
   In accordance with the customer's order, the materials to be repacked are removed from storage by an employee and placed in the repacking area. The removed production container or material is compared with the customer's repacking order and thus identified.

2. Repackaging and scanning of the material:
   The identified goods are repacked by our employees from the production container into the shipping box, thereby complying with all of the customer's packaging specifications. Each removal and repackaging is documented with the scanner to ensure 100% batch tracking. The production containers are returned to the customer immediately after the repackaging process to keep container resources at an appropriate volume.

3. Temporary storage of material for dispatch:
   The packed cartons are reported as ready after the repackaging process and stored temporarily until the final dispatch order is received.
